Mindful

To fully appreciate the concept of being Mindless it is necessary to gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be mindful. And it is this interpretation of mindfulness that has led to the negative reputation that being Mindless carries to this day.

Is Mindfulling for me? That is, being ‘completely Mindful’ using the conventional method handed down by our peers? Is there a way to strengthen this aspect to suit my particular cogs, so that I will be more balanced in the long run? Fortunately, that’s where Lessing can make all the difference.
